Sweeping through the wasteland, they encounter the citadel presided over by Immortan Joe. The two tyrants wage war for dominance, and Furiosa must survive many trials as she puts together the means to find her way home.

Watched this on the plane ride home from England. It was a decent movie, but utterly depressing. I didn't realize this was a prequel to the 2015 Mad Max Fury Road movie. So now realizing that, it makes sense why her life was so miserable. It had to lead into the next movie. I was surprised there wasn't really any cursing in the movie. Albeit the violence was quite over the top, but story-wise it was well done.
