The movie was entertaining. There were a number of savior themes in this as is typical in superhero movies. The fact that people need to be saved. The fact that despite knowing they're oppressed and knowing they need to be saved a savior has to come from outside them. In this case the form of human but with the powers of the gods. It falls down a little in the sense that they needed darkness to defeat darkness? Like that doesn't make a whole lot of sense. But it is what it is. Also the ending was a little rushed. He simply was able to rip the "bad guy" in half? Haha ok.
